Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help with our simple return process.


1. Eligibility & Timeframe

  • Return Window: You can return most items within 14 days (*) of the delivery date for a refund, exchange, or store credit.
  • Item Condition: Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached and in their original packaging.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or receipt is required, together with photos of returned items from top to bottom, left to right views.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Final sale items, personalized products, gift cards, and perishable goods are generally non-refundable.ย 

3.Return Process

3.1 Contact Us: Email buy@scc-treasure.shop or reply to your order confirmation with your Order Number and reason for return.

3.2 Receive Label: Our team will provide a prepaid return shipping label and instructions.

3.3 Package Item: Securely package the item, ideally in its original box.

3.4 Ship: Attach the pre-paid shipping label and drop off at the designated carrier.ย 

4. Refunds & Processing

4.1 Processing Time: Allow 7 business days after we receive your return for inspection and processing.

4.2 Refund Method: Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

4.3 Shipping Costs: Already handled and paid by pre-paid return shipping label.

4.4 Restocking Fee: 20% on the product price may be charged.

5. Exchanges & Issues

  • Exchanges: You can exchange for a different size/color if available; please contact support email at buy@scc-treasure.shop.
  • Damaged/Defective Items: Contact us immediately at buy@scc-treasure.shop for a replacement.ย
