1. Overview

This website is operated by SCC Treasure Ltd. “SCC Treasure”.  Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to SCC Treasure. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

2. Shopify Platform

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases, and the general Shopify application.

3. Products and Accuracy

Jewelry and accessories: We make every effort to display the colors and images of our jewelry and accessories accurately. However, due to the nature of natural gemstones and metals, slight variations may occur.

Clothing: Sizing charts are provided as a guide. We do not guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

Availability: We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction.

4. Pricing and Payments

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service without notice.

In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Risk of loss and title for items purchased from SCC Treasure pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs for international shipments or carrier-side logistics issues.

However, we would provide tracking number and delivery firm for your follow-up the delivery status of items purchased.

6. Returns and Refunds

Clothing: Must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

Jewelry: For hygiene reasons, earrings are **final sale** unless defective. Other jewelry must be returned in its original packaging.

Custom Orders: Any personalized or custom-made items are non-refundable.

7. Prohibited Uses

In addition to other prohibitions, you are prohibited from using the site or its content:

7.1. For any unlawful purpose.

7.2. To solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts.

7.3. To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others.

7.4. To submit false or misleading information.

8. Limitation of Liability

SCC Treasure does not guarantee that your use of our Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. In no case shall our directors, officers, or employees be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind arising from your use of any of the Service or any products procured using the Service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong.
